What's been going on with The Preserve!

We have been on a small hiatus from our blog over the past few weeks or so, and we wanted to update you on what's been going on with The Preserve at Overland Park!

In March we had an "eggcellent" turn out to our annual Eggstravaganza! We had food, prizes, games and of course the egg hunt was a great success! Everyone won something! We even had a visit from the Bunny himself:

In April we started BINGO up again and had a quick winner! We are continuing BINGO through May, so if you haven't picked up your card make sure to stop by the office and get one! No winner yet.

Our office has switched over to new hours effective immediately: Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm.

We are also having a few technical issues over the past few weeks. Our website is now up and running and revamped- make sure to check it out: www.thepreserveop.com
Our emails have been down as well, they are now up and running. You can email any of the following with any questions, concerns or just to say HI!
Leasing@thepreserveop.com
Leasing2@thepreserveop.com
sales@thepreserveop.com
thepreserveatoverlandpark@gmail.com

We also have a new online rent payment system which will be effective for JUNE. Stay tuned on our facebook page for more information regarding how to set yours up. www.facebook.com/thepreserveop
THANK YOU all for being so patient and being the BEST residents through all of our changes and technical issues! And please let us know if you have any questions.

Spring is Here!

Don't get down from all this glumy rain! The rain is preparing us for some beautiful colors that will be popping up all around us very soon. Here are some rainy day ideas to get in the mood for spring.

Get your home in the spring spirit with a homemade egg garland made by paper mache, pastel colored string and water balloons. Very festive and kid friendly! Another easier way to do a homemade egg garland is to stop by your local hardware store and pick up some paint chip samples, cut them into an egg shape and string them together.

Looking for a cute snack for the kids? Fill pastry bags with goldfish and tie with a green ribbon for a cute carrot looking snack!

Keep an eye out for our April resident event. We will be doing our annual Egg Hunt and a BBQ with the Bunny! More details coming soon!
